In all honesty, the best insight into this project would be is how much I brainstormed with the people mentioned in the description. Whenever I was stumped with writing, character design, animation or animation errors, I always consulted my friends. Without them this project wouldn't have been half as fun.

[Khonjin House The Khonjin]

This is the length of an adult swim show episode, and it should be one. Its literally so good it reminds me of classic adult swim with a YTP edge, and I love the adoreable design and voice acting for Khonjin, whose giving me some serious Spike Spiegal vibes.

This was hard hitting and very serious, full of drama and earthy reality that was too close to home. But I loved it. A true work of art.

This was PERFECT as a spiritual successor to the real thing. I could totally see Eddy getting annoyed at this. Then agaiiiiiiiin I'd just as easily see him flock to Insta or Tiktok with elaborately created creative videos of him pretending to be rich and successful.

[Sonic Hell]

This hit me hard in many ways. I didn't grow up alongside Sonic per se- I played Sonic collections styled games with my brother in the 2010's, but we saw and loved Sonic Adventure (didnt get to play much of it, we didn't own it, a friend did) and owned and played Shadow the Hedgehog and Sonic Heroes. I would study wikipedia on the series just because it was so addictive and have read much of the American comics. So it physically hurt to see the whole bit about Eggman being dead. I'm 27 now. I genuinely yearn to go back to the early 2000's and 2010's, back when there was still plenty of love and hope and a chance for the series to thrive, even if it meant coexisting with the fandom's wackier fetishizement. Wonderful and emotional animation, I feel like it really does capture how the fandom's been trying to cope with how we've been forsaken by SEGA to where the blue blur didn't get a respectful sendoff, but its more like its ghost is still walking the earth trying to make sense of the world and how it continues even if its not quite dead and its friends still survive and carry on its memory.
